  I just want to say how much I appreciate the thorough attention I get whenever I have to contact tech support about any question or issues I have with my units. They actually care and will get to the bottom of what ever it is, especially, I believe his name would be Neil, he's a real hoot & always has something positive and or cheering to say that will keep you smiling instead of crying, then back on your way. Thanks too you all!

  A big shout out to Ashley and the shipping department! They are awesome to work with and make my job a whole lot easier when we have scheduled freight to pick up from them. Never had a problem with Hisun!

  I ran across this brand in Home Depot, after doing some background research on YouTube and Social Media I have to say I was impressed with what I saw. Awesome photos and video content. Excited to get behind the wheel.

  Tech service is awesome. I posted a question on a web form and Blake answered within 5 minutes with exactly what I needed to know . Then, when I couldn't find the owners manual, he emailed one to me immediately. Great service!
