  My stay at Palladium has been life changing for me. I have enjoyed the whole experience on offer, all the staff are kind and thoughtful and totally understanding to what I was going through. The programme is more so about changing your thinking rather than focusing on changing the behaviour or addiction or go over and over your past story, which I found to be an amazing eye opener and honestly has changed how I view myself and the world. After my 21 day stay, I'm fully confident that I will go back out into the world a new me with a full new lease on life, mentally, physically emotionally and with a new awareness to spirituality (not religious). This is just the beginning as there is so much more for me to grow and develop, but I'm no longer afraid of change or no longer feel it's to much work. It's all about being mindful, that is the bottom line of what I have taken away with me. I leave tomorrow morning and I'm ready to start the next new exciting chapter of personal development in my new life. Thank you to everyone at Palladium Private you guys saved my life, I'll be forever grateful for all your support you guys are totally amazing and I will miss you all, light and love Michelle Rose......
